About Us
For nearly 40-years we have been at the forefront of engineering advances required to engineer high fidelity audio components to world class standard. Explore our website and to get a feel of the common-sense engineering principles that define our approach to manufacture handcrafted equipment that will allow your music to really come alive and keep you enthralled for hours.
In 1978 we introduced the first long-contact diamond stylus to the UK with the EEI range of phono cartridges and plug in replacement styli. This created a stir in the audio world that still lives on today, where this technology is incorporated in all the world’s finest record playing systems.
In the 1980’s we developed the revolutionary The Rock and Rock Reference turntables with the unique Excalibur tone-arms. These remain highly sought after amongst discerning audiophiles the world over.
In the late 80s we introduced the revolutionary Seismic Sink range of isolation products.
In the 1999 we launched the Maximum Ribbon Supertweeters that extend the audio response to an unprecedented 90kHz! This astonished sceptical journalists and listeners alike and still continues to do so.
On an on-going basis we have refined the Seismic Sink range, the Isolda Cable range and have recently introduced the Tor loudspeakers and The Pre-1 Autotransformer Preamp; the first of the revolutionary Glastonbury high fidelity replay system.
